Shipping & Returns
Our customer satisfaction is a priority to us. If your purchase is an incorrect fit, colour, style or not to your satisfaction, you may return it altogether or exchange it for another size or colour.

All returns must be returned in new condition with its original tag. Items that are damaged, altered, worn or have been laundered will not be accepted.
Returns and exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be returned in new condition with its original tag. Items that are damaged, altered, worn or have been laundered will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for all shipping/handling charges on returns or exchanges. Please let us know if you would prefer a store credit over a refund. We recommend insuring your package/s, as we will not be held responsible for lost returns in transit or returns that arrive damaged in transit.
Please note: All sale items are final sale and will not be accepted for an exchange or refund.
The following items cannot be returned for a refund:
- Sale Items
- Consignment Saddles
- Used/Damaged Products
- Horse Care Products (Liquids, Sprays, Shampoos, Topicals, Etc)
Please make sure any horse or dog blankets are returned clean, unused and undamaged.

- Shipping charges are calculated at check out
- International customers will be responsible for any import charges or duty incurred at the border
- Shipping charges are not refundable on returns
- All packages are mailed through Canada Post Free local pickup available for those who can pickup in store
- Clearance and sale items do not qualify for free shipping
Due to higher shipping costs for bulkier items such as saddles, saddle stands, hay balls, whips and larger/heavier blankets an additional shipping charge will apply regardless of your order value. These items are not included in free shipping on Vancouver Island. Sale items are also not included in free shipping. We apologize for any inconveniences!
Any items that are deemed defective please contact us directly by phone at 250-544-4942 or email email@example.com. If the item is in fact defective and has a warranty, then we will either replace or give you a store credit depending on the brand/item/time frame of the return.Defective items are not able to be returned for a refund.
